Memory Allocation Issue with DVSDK and gstreamer

We have a custom kernel that exceeds the default memory allocation for the DVSDK modules. We are trying to change the default DVSDK and gstreamer memory allocation. How is the default memory map modified such that all the components use the same memory map.
