Please help me on the below

Iam Using AM3359 EVM Board

While building the u-boot for the board, MLO and U-boot.img images are generated

What specifically the SPL(MLO) contains ? ( Need some brief explanation on that SPL code)

and how its getting generated in u-boot ?

A description of SPL (Second Program Loader) is found at http://omappedia.org/wiki/U-boot_Upstreaming_Project.

Summary : SPL initializes the processor to a point that u-boot can be loaded into DRAM. SPL is small enough to fit in the internal SRAM of the target device, such as the AM3359.

1. Is it possible for me to view the SPL code ? If yes, from where can I download it ?

2. I went through the U-boot user's guide . It is informative ..
But I need to know how In u-boot the MLO is generated automatically, what files in u-boot are used to generate MLO ?

Please help me to understand

look for CONFIG_SPL_BUILD config option.
