Trouble connecting to ARM v9

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAP-L138

Hi,

I've got a problem while connecting to ARM v9 core on the OMAP-L138 device using CCS v5. I can connect to the DSP without any problems, also the GEL file specified for the C6748 core is executed fine. However if the ARM v9 path is selected within the "Debug" view and I hit  "Connect to Target" I get the following error:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1063 @ 0x0)
Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and emulator configuration is correct, or update device driver.
(Emulation package 5.0.520.0)

It seems that the ARM core is not enabled by default (which goes hand in hand with the PSC documentation PSC0-Number=14 Default State=SwRsttDisable) but how can I enable the core? I've tried to enable it via PSC module within the GEL file for the DSP but without success.

Any help on this issue is very appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you need more information, please let me know...

Kind Regards,

Steve

Btw. we are using a custom board, which is not the EVM from LogicPD....
