OMAP4 VGA Encoding 60 FPS

Hi,

I know that OMAP4 had got a dedicated video encoder.I would like to know whether OMAP4 can encode VGA(640x480) @ 60FPS?

The OMAP44xx platform is capable of handling upto 720p 60fps.

Fron a SW perspective this feature has not been explicitly enabled in the past. This is one of the newer requirements we are enabling at the System level (HW+SW).

I am referring to the OMAP4 video encoding performance capability.

OMAP4430 has already been tested with 720p Stereo scopic recording. So the base capability is already proven.
