My customer is looking for a processor for their new design.
Their system structure is the following.
CPU --- Memory --- ASIC
Memory is used as the both CPU's work RAM , and this memory is accessed from ASIC.
Of course Cache coherency must be kept in it.
If possible, it is better that CPU has error check feature for the memory like ECC, parity.
Working frequency : over 400 Mhz
EMIF : 32bit parallel or PCI Express 4 lanes (at least)
Does anyone know MCU matching the above condition?
