    we konw that we can use BIOS Real-Time File System on TMS320C6748.I wana konw Whether DM8148 also can use BIOS Real-Time File System  and how to do it.If not,is there another way to produce a RTFS on DM8148

    Unfortunately, RTFS is not supported on the DM8148.

    Getting RTFS to work on the DM8148 may be possible.  It would probably require modifications to the PSP driver code, and may not me an easy task.  However, the PSP drivers ship with sources, so you could certainly look at the code to see if that is a viable option for you.
