WinCE License File for OMAP35x bsp

I need a license for the  Windows CE OMAP35x bsp. It’s a required piece for the DM37x BSP and it’s free but you need to ask for a license file. I asked Wednesday of last week and haven’t heard back.

Any alternate methonds to get a license file?
