ethernet packet getting discarded

i am using C6670 EVM in ethernet boot mode.

just for the starting purpose i am using the ethernet example given in MCSDK.

i have .eth file but when i am sending this .eth file to the DSP using pcsendpkt.exe through ethernet, the DSP is discarding those packets.

i have seen this result in the wireshark.

so what could be the reason for this...???i am not able to figure out,,please help...

Are you setting the DSP in the Ethernet boot mode. You should see a bootp packet coming out of the DSP if you setup the board in Ethernet boot.

I just run the example with mcsdk_2_00_05_17\tools\boot_loader\examples\ethernet release, by following the instruction file under mcsdk_2_00_05_17\tools\boot_loader\examples\ethernet\docs\README.txt, it works fine. So, please check your settings as Arun mentioned.
