usb host hangs up during kernel booting on dm36x ipnc platform

hi :

      I use DM36X IPNC Ref, when  I chose USB HOST mode in kernel,  linux kernel boot hangs up at  "  __raw_writel(USBPHY_SESNDEN | USBPHY_VBDTCTEN |
   USBPHY_CLKFREQ_24MHZ, IO_ADDRESS(USBPHY_CTL_PADDR));" of phy_on()  in davinci.c  under "/driver/musb".  who can give me some ideas?
