Location of DSP HDVICP2 codecs on the Homepage

Hello,

I'm trying to compile the OMAP4 Firmware Images for the two Cortex M3 following this http://omappedia.org/wiki/DistributedCodecEngine guide.

Problem is that I can not find the download for the HDVICP2 codecs. The link given is a 404:

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/codecs/HDVICP2/index_FDS.html

One level above:

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/codecs/HDVICP2/

is 403 Forbidden.

Additional searches on this site or in a search engine did not help much.

So the question is, where I can get these codecs?
