Request for information on CVBS video capture using the 816x EVM.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am looking for a sample OpenMax script/application example on the TI 816X EVM (I have the daughter I/O card). 
I want to capture video on the CVBS input encode it to H.264 then stream it using UDP/IP or RTP over multicast.

I have looked at the encode_display example but it is for HD-Component input not CVBS.
I also want to get the data multiplexed into an MPEG2 TS or RTP then sent using UDP/IP. 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
