Hi, Now I am using the spi-flash-writer-03.20.00.14 under omapl138 dvsdk to burn my uboot.bin to spi flash，error is as below:
1) when burning 260KB of 320KB, the program run out, I tried about 10 times ,the same situation.
2) I changed another uboot.bin, file size is 187KB, when burning about 160KB,the sam situation.
3) Because the programe is runing on DDR2, I wasn't sure that the DDR2 was OK. So I write to DDR2 with data like: 0x12345678, 0x87654321,0x55555555, 0x aaaaaaaa......
then read it out, the data is OK. Is this show DDR2 is OK?
Notes:
1) SPI flash part number is ST M25P64
2) The size of uboot.bin is 320KByte
