JPEG decode failed

Hi,

I got a problem about JPEG decode fail.

Our customer send some JPEG files to us and the file can not be decoded by the JPEG decoder.

And I check the  extendedError value is 0xA000.

Do any one know why the JPEG files can not be decoded and how to solve the problem?

The Jpeg file has attached.
