Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65950
I posted yesterday regarding a mysterious noise on my 1.8V line. Digging deeper I found that the nrespwron signal is only going high for ~200us before turning off. I noticed on the TPS65950 power-up sequence table that the event immediately proceeding nrespwron is 'efuse_rstpwron'. Is there a chance that the eFuse is bad? I believe efuse is read off a register and has no physical location on the IC.
The attachment shows my 26MHz clock working until nrespwron is killed.
Suggestions??
