Request for VLIB Approval

Hello All,
  In our lab, we use lot of TI Boards. We also have Beagle Board XM, Rev C.
This Board have Ti TMS320C64x DSP. I am working on Computer Vision Part. So I need to have TI VLIB for that. I already filled out form on www.ti.com/vlibrequest    couple of days before. But I didn't get any reply . I also read if we contact to TI sales representative, we will get sooner. So I would like to request please accept my VLIB Approval request as soon as you can. I will really appreciate your help.
