SPI driver with DM8127IPNC RDK

Hi ALL,

We want to add the spi driver to IPNC RDK,we'v made a device inode under /dev/spidev1.0,we want to open it then control our sensor with IOCTL commands

But i don't know how to use it in ISS package,even can not pass the compiling,seems the iss can not use the special head files from kernel.THANKS

Now I want to do what you wanted to do.

It has been long time so I'm wondering you've done it or not.

if possible, could you please guide how you porting spi driver or example code?

what docs do I need to reference?

Hi Jay,

For some reason, i didn't see my reply.So again for your question:

You could find some example code in 8148 PSP code,it include a driver for a SPI eeprom.(I didn't port that to RDK for some time issue,but i do hope we can have a driver for spi which could work on RDK).So if you wish,we can co-work for this.(My email address:xiangw@leopardimaging.com)
