USB2.0 DP DM under Crystal traces?

It would be prudent to avoid any such proximity of the USB differential pair to the crystal and the crystal traces as well.  You don't want coupling in either direction.

So it's still unwise even though the signals are seperated by three layers(a power plane, a ground plane and a signal layer)?

I find it odd that the crystal inputs on the chip are placed right next to the usb2.0 pins knowing that there are such strict rules for routing. There is probably a good reason for this though.

Anyway, do you know if there are any specific clearance recommendations in mils for the minimum distance between such devices and the usb lines? It's kind of hard to judgde what a "safe distance" is on a high density pcb board.
