What specific information are you looking for? The memory map for BeagleBone will be the same as AM335x.

thanks for your reply. actually I`m just getting general information about BeagleBone (Not specific)

I knew my DDR2 mapping at 0x8000_0000~87FF_FFFF but that information is not in AM335x's

so I think there could be more device over DDR2`s address or less

if you have any data about BeagleBone Memorymap, please just send me
