V4L2 supported IOCTLS

Hello,

I am wondering if the new EZSDK (5.04) has expanded v4l2 support for DM8168. Namely are there any additions like the h.264 encoders, DEI, chroma downsampler, etc.

H.264 encoders, DEI, chroma downsampler etc are available only via gstreamer or through OpenMAX. V4L does not support it.
