GPIO bank 0 [0-7] pins doesnot Toggle continuously at our customized board.

Hi

     Here we are working in OMAPL138(customized sodimm board) for our Project.In that we have used 0th GPIO bank 0-7 pins (GPIO[0-7]) as GPIO pins. But it doesnt toggle continuously.Some 100 times toggling after that got stuck at different different instances.But the same GPIO[0-7] toggles at customized SOM  board.What me be cause for this?Please do favour to solve this issue...
