What is the purpose of two INA226 on TMDXEVM3358 base board?

Hello,
There are two INA226s(current monitor via I2C) on TMDXEVM3358 base board. (U27, U32)
It seems that two INA226s have been used to monitor VDD_MPU and VDD_CORE of AM3358.

- Are there any reason to monitor VDD_MPU and VDD_Core?
(For example, it is used to control power management of AM335x. etc..)

- Can I remove them on my PCB design?

    The INA226's are only used to monitor real time power for the VDD_CORE and VDD_MPU for power analysis. You can remove them from your design as they are not needed for basic operation.

    I think INA226 is used to measure the effect of DVFS in real time from your answer.
    My another question is

     - What is assumed to connected to J17 on AM3358EVM baseboard?
       If you know some tools to measure via I2C, could you let me know?
