SEI messages and VUI parameters in dm6467

Hello all,

Since dm6467 doesn't generate SEI messages (pic timing and buffering period) and VUI parameters, I have to add manually to the bitstream.

How can I know what values must be placed there? ( like cpb_removal_delay and dpb_output_delay in pic_timing ) ?

code base stand for?

at the moment I don't need to add SEI message anymore, but I need to have POC = 2.

Is it enough to re-encode SPS and slice_header accordingly or this parameter affect the NALU also?

I'm using Baseline profile, Level 1.3, resolution 320x240, VBR.
