Cannot work GPIO109 and GPIO110 on AM-3715

We are facing following problem.

[Problem]
GPIO109 and GPIO110 does not work.

[What is known about this issue]
We have confirmed following register values.
GPIO4.SYSCONFIG(0x49054010)=0x00000015
GPIO4.SYSSTATUS(0x49054014)=0x00000001
GPIO4.CTRL(0x49054030)=0x00000002
GPIO4.OE(0x49054034)=0xFFFF9FFF
GPIO4.DATAOUT(0x4905403C)=0x00006000
CONTROL_PADCONF_CAM_D9(0x48002128[31:16])=0x1604
CONTROL_PADCONF_CAM_D11(0x4800212C[15:0])=0x1604
And we have confirmed that other GPIO such as GPIO21 can work normally.

Could you provide us with any advice ?
Which item should we check other than above ?

Hi Hiroki,

Can you follow these steps after kernel boots-up (make sure that "/sys/class/gpio/... (sysfs interface)" enabled in the kernel)

Thank you for your answer.

Sorry. My information is poor.

Our OS is Windows CE not Linux.

And we confirmed that GPIO96 worked normally.
GPIO96 belongs GPIO04.
Both GPIO109 and GPIO110 also belongs GPIO04.

Is extra procedure necessary for GPIO110 ?

Hi Hiroki,

As far as I know no extra configuration is required.

Make sure that pinmux settings are proper, verify after booting.

Please let me know. What does pinmux mean ?

Does pinmux mean MUXMODE0/1 field on CONTROL_PADCONF_X register ?

If so, we have already confirm them.

> CONTROL_PADCONF_CAM_D9(0x48002128[31:16])=0x1604
> CONTROL_PADCONF_CAM_D11(0x4800212C[15:0])=0x1604

Thease register value means that we use CAM_D10 and CAM_D11 as GPIO.

Hi Hiroki Takami,

You have to configure pad control registers first and then gpio output control.

Can you try these values?

> CONTROL_PADCONF_CAM_D9(0x48002128[31:16])=0x00040000 (because of upper 16 bits)
> CONTROL_PADCONF_CAM_D11(0x4800212C[15:0])=0x04 (lower bits)

Some suggestion, In case of GPIO set value, You have to do read-modify-write while setting and simple write for clearing.
