Hello!
I have TDM-3730W Blizzard Interface board with installed on it Android 2.2
Now I want to develop apps with Eclipse on Windows. Device is connected to Windows host with USB.
But I can't see device in ADB manager. On Android I can't see the supply to connect device with USB.
Now device only get power through USB. What should I do to start develop and get opportunity to debug my apps?

P.S. surprisingly on Linux host adb can see device!
$ sudo ./adb devices
List of devices attached
