problem in booting thorugh IBL in TFTP mode

i am using IBL in C6670 to boot it through the TFTP mode of i2c.

when i use the example given in the IBL with set of steps given,it works fine.

But when i follow the same steps to send my appliaction to DSP through TFTP it doesnot get stopped after getting all the packets. it again searches for the file and then again takes it. This gets repeated again and again. It is taking the file again and again through TFTP from the host.

please help wat can be reason for this.

Amandeep,

What changes are you making to the configuration file. Also is it taking your application file all the time?

hello buddy

i faced this same problem may be the file you are giving is incorrect or some time this is a hardware bug dont press reset too many times continua sly

sorry for delay in reply....

following is the changes m doin in i2cConfig.gel file

replacing ibl.bootModes[2].u.ethBoot.bootFormat = ibl_BOOT_FORMAT_BBLOB with ibl.bootModes[2].u.ethBoot.bootFormat = ibl_BOOT_FORMAT_ELF

and nothing else.

and yes it is taking all the time..

m not pressing the reset too many times and yes m giving the correct file...btw how u managed to solve this issues then..???
