Hi,

I am using AM3358 processor. I want to interface the AM3358 processor with a camera module.

Is it possible????

If yes how we can interface the chip with the camera module?

Is there any development kit of AM335X with camera module is available?

Please anyone can help.

The AM335x processors do not have a native camera interface peripheral on them.

If you use a camera module that supports a USB interface, then it would be possible to bring in that data through one of the AM335x USB interfaces. Then you would need to pull in support into the Linux SDK for USB video capture drivers.

Other ARM Cortex-A8 devices, like the AM3703 or AM3715, have a camera interface native on them.

Hi Guys,

QuickLogic has developed a low power Camera Interface chip that works with AM335x processors. We also have a camera cape for the Beagle Bone system.
