OMAP L138 DDR2 SDRAM

Hi folks,

I am using DDR2 SDRAM for my design. I want the total memory of 512/256 MB depending upon the application and also I want to use 2 DDR2 SDRAM IC's of memory 256MB each.

If I want only 256MB memory then I will assemble only one DDR2 memory and If I want 512MB then I will assemble two DDR2 IC's.

Is this possible for this series of processor OMAPL138BZW TD4. 

Please let me know ASAP
