SPICE ELDO Model required for DM8148 and DM8168

We require SPICE ELDO models of Centaurus (DM8148) and Netra (DM8168) processor to carry out SI analysis for SATA interface in Layout

Requesting you please provide me the model or get me the source from which i can download this models.

If it would be better if you could check for SPICE model for SATA interface of similar kind of processor which i could use for my SI analysis in layout.
