OMAP-L138, GP6[5] pull up

Hi there,

I have a quesion about the GPIO port. I have GPIO6[5] pin configured as an input and 10k pull up resistor. The I/O voltage is 3.3V. The pin voltage is 2.25V in this case. When I change the pull up resistor to 2.5k then the voltage is 3.03V. Is something wrong with the GPIO ?
