Building the pciutils (aka "Where is lspci???")

Can someone help me with how I get lspci on my target system? The "opkg" commands I found somewhere to run just produced errors, mainly saying it couldn't contact or find the arago addresses. "opkg update" gets me: wget: bad address 'feeds.arago-project.org' Downloading http://.... wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Thanks.
