what cause the heap on DDR to be full??

Hi,everyone. I create a heap(length=0x03000000) on DDR2, and there is no dynamic memory allocation in our program, however, while running, the program goes wrong soon, then we watch the DSP/BIOS->kernal/Object view, the heap is full.why and how to solve that?

Note1: The DDR is big enough(256Mbytes), and the address for ddr2 is 0xe0000000-0xf0000000, while the address for heap is 0xe0000000-0xe3000000

Note2: The DSP we use is DM648

What version of BIOS are you using?

Can you put breakpoints to see when the heap shows its full? Can you put some screen shot of ROV here too?

Thank, Judah. the BIOS version is 5.31.02. the screen shot of ROV we can't afford because the company doesn't permit. thank you!

Well I think its obvious that the Heap isn't really full but something is corrupting memory which makes the heap think its full.

Without more detail of the problem, I'm not sure what I can tell you to try.
