The AM335x does not support 1.35v DDR interface, but all of the DDR3L specs that I have seen so far support 1.5V interface and are compatible with DDR3 so we can connect to this. The memory will work, but you will not get the power savings of the DDR3L.

just complementing, as I got the same doubt and ended up getting here, many 1.35V DDR3L chips are backard compatible to the 1.5V DDR3, as shown in the links below, from some DDR manufacturers:
