In latest DM814x datasheet (SPRS647C –MARCH 2011–REVISED JANUARY 2012), the table Table 7-4.shows the max DDR frequency is 533Mhz. But in DDR3 timing Table 8-51, we can calculate the max DDR3 frequency is 1000/2.5=400Mhz.
I think 533 is the right number. Would you pls double confirm?
