Omap 4460:The Decoder output data has mosaics.

Hi all,

Using Hardware H264 decoder, the output data has mosaics while the input bitstream doesn't.

And it doesn't happen when using sofware decoder.

Can it turn better through setting any decoder params or configs?

Bitstream: Base profile 640*480  10fps 512kbps

Based on android 4.0.3

Below params have already set:

OMX_IndexParamVideoPortFormat  OMX_IndexParamPortDefinition(Input/output)
