Playbin2 using s/w rather than h/w codecs

Hi

I am using EZSDK 05_04_00_11 in my development with the EVM board TMDXEVM8148.

I tried to play mpeg1 and mpeg2 video clips and clips do not play smoothly. I tried playbin2.

Upon checking cpu loading, it appears to be 100%. It appears that inside playbin2 s/w decoders are being used for decoding of mpoeg1 and mpeg2 streams.

In EZSDK 05_03_01_15, playbin2 could not play these files at all.

Can my conclusion be confirmed?

If so, i would like to know when updates could be available to resolve this issue.
