How can i activate registers on OMAP4430 from PANDABOARD.

I would appreciate any help.

What do you mean by 'activate'? Do you want to read/write them from a Linux prompt? For that, see the devmem2 utility from here: http://elinux.org/Board_Bringup_Utilities

yes, I want to read/write register of the OMAP4.
