If you're talking about WinCE6/WEC7, then yes those drivers exist. For the OMAP3530, it ican befound under the BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_02_30_00 BSP package. Regarding the OMAP4430, no official WinCE BSP has been released so far but it will contain the DSS driver for sure when it comes out.

For OMAP3530, the DSS DSI driver is under the WEC7 but not WinCE6? can you specify the driver directory and .c file in the BSP source code?
