With the formula and values for fEM_SDCLK, tRefresh_Period, and ncycles given, the value for REFRATE should be 1953 = 7A1h. I note that the value used in the example is also at line 194 of ccsv5\ccs_base\emulation\boards\evm5505\gel\evm5505.gel of a Code Composer Studio installation.
What is the correct formula and values?
