Hi,

Ive been trying to find any documentation on the AM3358 Crypto Engine, yet cannot find any.

I do not mean the Linux Crypto Archive here: http://www.ti.com/tool/armcrypto

Is there a document that describes how to access the crypto engine, down to the register level?

This documentation is still in development.

The next SDK release for AM335x is due at the end of this month (June 2012). This release includes a Linux Crypto API driver that will access the AM335x Crypto HW Accelerators. Also, at this time a new TRM will be released with details on these crypto modules.

thanks very much for your reply, looking forward to the next TRM.

im hoping that "bare-metal" access to the HW accelerator will be possible.

Hi,

I also can't find any documentation for the crypto modules and I would like to use the True Random Number Generator without OpenSSL. Any news on this topic?
