McFW demo

Hi folks,
We try to use the McFW demos (Udworks DVRRDK 02.00.00.24) for some basics of our project.
We also want to use McFW to put mosaic before the encoder.
This means we want to use a usecase where mosaic comes before encode
and creates a mosaic of some inputs and sends this to the encoder for streaming and recording.
Is any demo for this usecase available ?

Take a look at the "CUSTOM DEMO - 1Ch D1 + 4CIF Encode", which I believe does mosaicing of the 4CIF into one frame. Also, if you can get the newer 02.80.00.10 RDK, there is a "4CH Car DVR usecase" that is worth a look. We're trying to get things going on an 8148 (with TI's help), but I think the car_dvr is supposed to run as-is on the 8168.

Hi Brett,
yes I tested this usecase in version 01.09.00.xx and it does mosaik before the encoder.
In version 02.00.00.24 is a problem. I ask for this problem in an other post here.
Some people suggest me to use the version 02.80.00.10 but nobody can tell me where I can get
the latest version of DVRRDK. From Udworks you can only receive 02.00.00.24.
Can anyboy tell me where I can get 02.80.00.10 ???

We got ours from TI via our sales and engineering contacts. If you have an FAE, I'd check with them.

Just wanted to let you know that they recently released DVRRDK_V03.00.00.00 which has allot more information on McFW in foo/dvr_rdk/docs/UserGuides including a .chm API reference. Rather unfortunately, I can't seem to get video-input working on the EVM.
