DM6467 AACLCENC.version.1.20.005 Aenc1_process may consume too much time (about 1s every times)

Hi  Ti engineer:

      I found a issue about DM6467 AACLCENC.version.1.20.005 (latest version now) encoder.

      when test the AACLCENC encoder through CE interface use Ti DVSDK dvsdk_2_00_00_22_svn/dm6467_dvsdk_combos_2_05  under dm6467 EVM, we found the ' Aenc1_process ' API sometimes may consume too much time (about 1s), the possibility is more than  1 time every 2 hours. Normally this API only consume a few ms.

      Now  I don't know how to solve this problem, is there anyone encounter this problem or has any suggestion?

      BTW: Ti h264enc 1.20.02 and aacheenc also has the same issue.
