CCS - Device Driver Update Kit V1.11

TI has Device Driver Update kit V1.11:  http://www.ti.com/tool/sprc118.

However, when trying to install, it gives error message stating that nothing to update.  Is it because this is meant to be used with earlier version of CCS? Which version it is supposed to be used with?

    There is actually a DDK v1.20 release:

    This is an old deprecated product and no longer being carried forward.  The DDK was tested with DSP/BIOS 5.20 and CCS 3.1.  I'm not sure what's involved with trying to make it work with later versions of DSP/BIOS 5.x and CCS.
