mosaic occurs on qcif encoded with MPEG4

Dear All:

I am working on dm365 platform. I found that mosaic occurs on qcif when encoded with mpeg4.

It may occur no matter which bitrate control way used.

I don't know the reason,Can you give me some clues?

Note that there are some limitation w.r.t image width when using 1.10 or 1.0 version of Mpeg4 encoder. Suggested operation is from width > 240 only. Please see the user guide and release notes for details,

Thanks for your reply. I have solved the problem by setting the input video YUV422.

But now I have another problem. I can't make 1080p single stream reach 30fp. Can you give me some suggestions.

my bench: DM368, dvsdk_2_10_01_18 , codec_engine_2_24, dm365_codecs_01_00_06.
