AMC B+ Connector specs

Hi,

We are planning to buy a Dual EVM Breakout Card. It has two AMC B+ EVM Interface Connectors, but we are not able to find which connectors they are. In the schematic also, it is not mentioned what connectors they are.

Can someone give us more information regarding the AMC B+ EVM Interface Connectors used?

The CI2EVMBOC Dual EVM breakout card is designed for use with our Multicore EVMs that are in the AMC form factor. These EVMs have the edge connector which plugs into the AMC B+ connectors on the Dual EVM breakout card. The AMC B+ connector and interface are defined in the AMC.0 specification available from the PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group). The CI2EVMBOC Dual EVM breakout card is designed for use with our EVMs. Which EVM are you using? The technical documentaiton for the EVMs defines the connector pin mapping.

Hi Tom,

I know that it's AMC edge connector and i do have the connector pin mappings. What I was looking for were the "manufacturer and part number" of that connector. I am having TMDXEVM6670L evaluation boards.

Binayak,

I beleive that our Break Out Cards use the Yamaichi CN074-170-0005. I also have a datasheet for a Molex 0759080001. I am sure there are other manufacturers as well.
