Use 10 bits raw data with A-Law compression

Hi,

We use 10 bits raw data sensor with A-Law compression, and we found the dirrerent result in CFG1.DATASFT=2 and CFG1.DATASFT=0.

Which setting is correct? What is the behavior in IPIEIF when he latch the data?

As I known, the data output from A-Law decompression is 12 bits, how the function latch in 14 bits?
