for the Message Passing Operation ,Does the dest_ID have some relation to the dest queue?when I running a project about srio.the the dest queue num equal to SRIO_RX_FLOW0_DST_Q+ (destID-DSP0_SRIO_BASE_ID),why?this is on line 432 of SRIO_loopback_Test.c.

Hi Lee,

Yes. The RXU mapping table entries provides mapping of a particular incoming SRCID/DSTID/mailbox/letter to a destination queue and RX flow for receiving the particular type11 packet. If the incoming packet SRCID/DSTID/mailbox/letter does not match with any of the 64 RXU mapping table entries, then that packet is discarded. For more details about RXU mapping table refer to section 2.3.3.1.2 "RX Message Mapping" and section 3.7 "RXU Registers".

thank you for your reply.If the SRIO is in loopback mode,which one decide the flowid of the RX ,the source tag_lo in the Tx descriptor or flowid in the register RIO_RXU_MAPxx_QID?

Hi Lee,

For both normal operation (non loopback) and loopback operation, the RX flow is chosen based on the RX flow value in the matching RXU mapping table entry (RIO_RXU_MAPxx_QID).
