decoding 90p h264 video with hardware

hi, all

when i decode 90p (160x90) h264 video file with OMX interface on blaze_tablet (OS:android 4.0.1  CPU:OMAP4460), 

there is a error about  the result ,the second frame is same the first frame when play the decoded YUV file ,but the result 

decoded with software is normal.

At the same time ,when i decode 720p and 360p with hardware ,this issue did't happen.

anyone could help me?
