How to make DM8168 output 3 channels sound simultaneously through TDM or multiple I2S data lines?

My case is that DM8168 receive three g.711 audio DataStreams,and decode them,then output them through audio codec or DAC.

My idea is that DM8168 send audio streams to aic3106 through TDM mode,and make aic3106 output 3 channels sound simultaneously.Is it operational?

Or DM8168 Send 3 channel audio Stream through Multiple I2S data pins to multiple DAC,and then output sound.

 Which is better?
