Hi everyone,

As the figure shown,I find out there are so many kinds of 6678,which one should to be chose?the package drawing is same to all of the orderable device,Does that means I can choose any one of the 6678?

You should look at the Device Nomenclature in the TMS320C6678 Data Manual (Section 2.9) to decode the Orderable Device numbers. There's letters and numbers in the orderable device number that indicate, Temp Range, Speed Grade, Security Acceleration/Encryption and Revision #.
