    Hi,

    The details of the commercial license agreement can be found in the clickwrap agreement that you typically accept when installing the SDK. Generally, TI commercial components can be used for commercial purposes. But, you also need to be aware that there are certain third party software that we package in our SDK. Some of those are meant for evaluation only and you need to obtain a license from third party before going to production. These software packages are listed in a separate manifest (Manifest for evaluation components). Communication stacks (EtherCAT/PROFIBUS) have this requirement that you obtain a separate production license from respective third parties.
